Carol Bonebrake currently serves as Treasurer for the Women Attorneys Association of Topeka. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Topeka Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.

Carol served for seven years on the YWCA Board of Directors and continues to support their mission. The YWCA is the oldest and largest multicultural women's organization in the world. Their mission is to eliminate racism and empower women. They provide safe places for women and girls, build strong women leaders, and advocate for women's rights and civil rights in Congress.

Jennifer Conkling Bazin currently serves on the board of the Women Attorneys Association of Topeka as the Young Lawyers Section Chair. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, and Topeka Bar Association.

Jennifer also volunteers her time as a Big Sister to 12-year-old Chase. Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. They have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people.
