Giving Back

Carol Bonebrake currently serves as Treasurer for the Women Attorneys Association of Topeka and is a member of the Topeka Bar Associations' Ethics Committee. She is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Topeka Bar Association, and the American Health Lawyers Association.

By Kansas Supreme Court appointment, Carol serves as a Commissioner with the Kansas Lawyer Assistance Program and is also a program volunteer. In this capacity she presents ethics seminars about the Lawyer Assistance Program.

Carol is also a member of the Mount Hope Cemetery Board.

Jennifer Conkling Bazin currently serves as secretary on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Topeka. She is a member of the Women Attorneys Association of Topeka where she serves on the mentorship and social committees, the Kansas Bar Association, and Topeka Bar Association.

Jennifer also volunteers her time as a Big Sister to 13-year-old Chase. Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest, largest and most effective youth mentoring organization in the United States. They have been the leader in one-to-one youth service for more than a century, developing positive relationships that have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of young people.
