Heather Lee Marsh graduated from Santa Fe Trail High School and obtained her Legal Office Professional diploma from Kaw Area Technical School, Topeka, Kansas, in May of 2004. She is pursuing an Associates of Arts degree in Legal Studies at Washburn University,, a program approved by the American Bar Association, and anticipates graduating 2009.

Heather has worked in a law office setting since 2003. She is especially skilled with office technology and numerous software programs.

She has a sound understanding of the legal process and does an outstanding job of preparing legal documents.

Heather provides valuable service to the law office and to our clients.

Donna J. Gragson has been a professional legal secretary since 1996. In addition to maintaining general contact with the client, she prepares legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings. She is highly skilled in the use of various legal software programs, and also assists the firm with file management, transcribing dictation, and calendaring. She is an asset to the firm and to our clients. Donna is a member of Topeka Legal Professionals, an organization dedicated to the continuing education and professional development of legal professionals, raising professional standards and ethics among members, and improving the quality and effectiveness of legal services.
